moulins
Moulins, just 60 km north of Kurnia, is the central administration of the province, Allier. In the 15th century, it was the residence of the dukes of Bourbon. The picturesque town celebrates its heritage with the name, «Ville d'Art et d’Histoire». Moulins is worthy for a day trip, with a visit to «Bistrot du Boucher» which famous for its excellent daily menu, Tartar and coffee.
