Auvergne offers many culinary specialties. Besides the fantastic meat of white Charolais cows, excellent cheeses such as «Bleu d'Auvergne»,« Fourme d'Ambert», «Fourme de Montbrisson», «Saint-Nectaire» . «Laguiole», «Comtesse de Vichy» and the «Salers» (Farmer version of Cantal) there are also excellent local wines. Visitors enjoy exploring the «Wine Roads» and the «Cheese Road».
